Responsibilities
- Develop sales growth strategies for the assigned territory by analyzing the competitive landscape, market conditions, and implementing the necessary tools to achieve sales objectives.
- Stay informed of market trends, competitive activities, product line changes, and emerging technologies.
- Develop new customer relationships to increase sales across the network.
- Work closely with Head Office to promote and coordinate activities for stores within the assigned territory.
- Analyze territory performance by product lines and customer segments and implement action plans based on the results.
- Build and maintain up-to-date customer profiles using the CRM system (services offered, number of employees, etc.).
- Establish solid business relationships with store managers and coordinate territory activities and events (e.g., training clinics).
