YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Grower Management:
Conduct Field Advisory Service with target farmers (min. 5/day)
Conduct Farmer Meetings with target farmers (min. 16 /month)
Effective utilization of Field Promoters
Channel Engagement:
Prepare Sales and Product Consumption Plan and ensure execution to achieve monthly sales targets
Carry out Channel Activities for smooth and timely channel operations
Agreements and CPBP
-Sales and Collection
-Stock Management / availability | Channel Inventory Management
-Branding / Shelf space / Bayer Visibility
Other Tasks:
Complaint Handling
Provide Market & Competitive intelligence
