Pay Rate

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

Hours and Flexibility

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you would like to work fewer hours (minimum 12) we can accommodate. Availability windows are the periods we need you to work; we schedule contracted hours within these times. You will receive 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts.
