Pay and hours
Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you would like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too and would still love to hear from you.
Availability Window
We need you to be available during the following times. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times and give you 3 weeks’ notice of your exact shift schedule.
- Sunday: 14:00 – 23:00
- Wednesday: 09:00 – 18:00
- Saturday: 06:00 – 15:00
