## The impact you’ll make As a Test Engineer within New Product Transfer (NPT) at Lam Research, you will be responsible for transitioning test processes for new products from Pilot to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM). You will partner closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure robust, manufacturable test solutions that support product quality, factory efficiency, and operational excellence. ## What you’ll do * Lead the transition of test systems, fixtures, software, and procedures from Pilot to Manufacturing for new products * Develop, validate, and release detailed test specifications, fixtures, equipment, diagnostic features and documentation to ensure reliable and repeatable testing to support manufacturing readiness * Ensures PDR / NSR deliverables are in place including test fixtures, test procedures, tests specifications, and control chart * Resolve manufacturing floor test issues, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and integration challenges * Improve product qualit...
