Test Lead (Private Banking – Wealth Systems)

About the Role

We are hiring a Test Lead with deep expertise in Wealth Management and Capital Markets systems to support large-scale Temenos T24 transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA delivery across complex Private Banking systems
• Define test plans covering functional, regression, integration, and NFR testing
• Ensure full coverage across wealth and investment product lifecycles
• Manage cross-team coordination for test execution
• Drive defect management and reporting across multiple stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting requirements
• Support automation initiatives and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 15+ years in QA/testing , with T24 expertise
