Experience Required

6-8 years

Must Haves

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Test Manager in credit cards application
• Good knowledge of IT QA and functional testing
• Seasoned knowledge of SDLC, testing concepts, methodologies (waterfall, agile etc), metrics, automated testing frameworks and industry testing standards
• Define goals and measurement plans for software process performance in accordance with business objectives
