Test Manufacturing Lead Engineer

Summary

The candidate will be responsible on resolving any manufacturing floor test / assembly issue, improving product quality, and reducing the test cycle time.

Responsibilities

• Provide improved yield, productivity, and cycle time
• Support the factory floor, troubleshoot and disposition rejects, determine root cause of production issues
• Provide training to production personnel
• New product introduction, create test procedures, document, and implement processes for new products
• Develop procedures and tools for testing
• Create production and characterization test specifications
• Work on cost reduction and cycle time reduction projects
• Ensure equipment is properly tested, calibrated and certified according to procedures
