Test Program Owner/ATE Engineer

Key Responsibilities
· Own end‑to‑end
test program validation, sign‑off, and production release
across silicon lifecycle milestones. · Act as the
single point of accountability
for test program quality, readiness, and release health. · Integrate test content across multiple IP/module owners, ensuring
consistency, coverage, and regression
. · Drive
PV, audit, and data compliance
, closing gaps before any release. · Coordinate cross‑functionally with
Test Engineering, Product Engineering, Infra, and Manufacturing
teams. · Ensure test programs are
CI/infra ready
(toolchain, automation, versioning, release governance).
Requirements Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field. 5+ years hands-on experience with Advantest V93K tester. Experience in semiconductor test or validation environment. Strong debugging and analytical skills. Leadership skills are bonus.
