Test Team Lead for OEM

Job Description
Lead a small validation team (2–3 engineers), including workload planning, task assignment based on individual strengths, performance evaluation, and overall accountability for team deliverables
Provide technical guidance and ensure alignment with project goals and priorities
Provide technical support to OEM partners to integrate Cummins digital solutions from development through release
Own end-to-end test execution, including test planning, execution, and result documentation in a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system following Agile practices
Drive test quality and coverage across projects, ensuring test excellence—not just execution
Design and enhance test strategies, including over-the-air (OTA) and data acquisition validation scenarios
Collaborate with project managers to track progress, timelines, and critical issues
Define and deliver reusable test artifacts and coverage metrics that remain valuable beyond the contract period
