Test Technical Specialist

Senior debug technician and mid-range programmer responsible for the In‑Circuit Test Engineering Process and the attributes that can affect the process.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily process yield reports that will include, but not limited to the following: operator errors, defective product, test equipment/test defects, RMA product defects, and spear corrective actions.
• Analyze downtime data of a station to set guidelines for preventative maintenance scheduling.
• Display proficiency in fixture mechanics, including probe replacement, fixture hardware repair/replacement, and fixture operation.
• Display proficiency in mid‑to‑high‑level software debugging, including digital, powered, shorts, pins, JX/OX, pins, testjet, and analog, as well as knowledge of boundary‑scan basics.
• Analyze and repair timely in order to meet department goals for minimal test downtime.
