The Kit Wilson Trust for Animal Welfare is looking for a Retail Assistant to join our Uckfield charity shop team for one day per week.

This is a hands on role where no two days are the same. One minute you could be welcoming customers and donors, the next sorting stock, merchandising items or supporting volunteers. Every item sold helps fund the care and welfare of rescued and rehomed animals at The Kit Wilson Trust.

This role requires someone who is comfortable taking responsibility for the day to day running of the shop when working independently. You will help ensure the shop operates safely and effectively, supervise volunteers, maintain standards and follow procedures while providing excellent service to our supporters and customers.
