Opportunity Description
The Niskayuna Central School District is now accepting applications for a Therapeutic Crisis Intervention for Schools (TCIS) Coordinator for the 2026-2027 school year.
ASSIGNMENT: Districtwide; Lead TCIS Coach/Coordinator for the District’s TCIS training program.
TCIS Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Assistant Superintendent of Student Support Services and the lead administrator for TCIS. This position works collaboratively with the TCIS leadership team, acting as the lead TCIS coach/trainer for the district.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Responsible for assisting in the implementation of all TCIS training efforts and objectives.
+ Maintains master TCIS training records for the district.
+ Posts in-service training opportunities and assists the lead administrator with in-service certificates and certificate distribution.
