Opportunity Description
The Therapeutic Specialist is a senior individual-contributor role with a level comparable to an Area Manager / product specialist. The position requires strong product specialization and field execution, with no direct reports.
YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct regular visits to selected healthcare professionals (HCPs) for scientific engagement.
- Record daily visit activity in Veeva and maintain accurate, timely field reporting.
- Monitor sales performance through Veeva on a daily basis and identify relevant follow-up actions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly activity plans in Veeva in alignment with business priorities.
- Visit hospital pharmacies and procurement departments to support access, availability, and institutional engagement.
- Maintain regular engagement with chain and leading pharmacies to strengthen product presence and execution.
