- Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00) Tues-Sat or Wed-Sun or Mon-Fri
- 25 visits = 40 guaranteed hours based on completed visits
- Home health setting
- Field position
- OASIS experience required
- Home health experience preferred but willing to train
- BLS certification required
