Job Description
Job Summary:
Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote recovery. Deliver individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and clinical standards.
Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions to determine appropriate therapy needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to achieve therapeutic goals.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercises, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
• Educate patients and family members on exercises and injury prevention techniques.
• Document patient interactions and progress notes accurately in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
