Job Summary:
Provides physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Assesses patient needs and develops individualized treatment plans to promote recovery and prevent further impairment.
Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and establish treatment goals.
• Develop and implement customized therapy plans based on assessment findings.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention.
• Document patient progress accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in providing physical therapy services.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
