Therapy Area Specialist
A Therapy Area Specialist is an in‑field marketing role that excels in disease and brand knowledge to enable in‑depth discussions with oncology customers. This position supports therapy area strategy development and execution in close collaboration with the oncology cross‑functional team.
Responsibilities
Customer engagement
- Demonstrate in‑depth disease, treatment, indication, and brand knowledge (including patient pathway and stakeholder mapping) to enable impactful discussions with customers on demand, ensuring service standards are met based on HQ marketing guidelines.
- Facilitate speaker programs and peer‑to‑peer clinical experience sharing programs; conduct educational talks to physician groups and other healthcare stakeholders (e.g., pharmacists, nurses) for product education updates.
