Thermal (bms)

We are seeking a Thermal BMS Engineer to develop and validate thermal management strategies for battery systems, ensuring safety, performance, and efficiency of EV batteries.Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize thermal management strategies for BMS
Analyze battery thermal behavior (cooling, heating, heat dissipation)
Support thermal modeling & simulation (MATLAB/Simulink / CFD tools)
Work on temperature sensing, control logic, and protection strategies
Perform testing & validation (lab, vehicle, or HIL)
Analyze results and perform debugging & RCA
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BMS, mechanical, system)
️ Required Skills
Strong understanding of battery thermal management & Li-ion systems
Experience with thermal analysis / simulation tools
Knowledge of BMS functions (So C, So H, safety controls)
Understanding of cooling systems (liquid/air cooling)
Good analytical & troubleshooting skills
