Ticket Agent

We are looking for a Ticketing Agent to work in the Business Plane Experience, a travel agency specializing in travel-related services for business trips. We take pride in delivering exceptional service and are available 24/7 to tackle any challenges that may arise along the way. Providing internal support for air ticket issuance, hotel reservations, and transfers for Business Plane Network.
Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León.
Job Requirements
- Education: At least high school.
- Experience: Previous experience in a travel agency is a plus
- Knowledge of GDS in Amadeus is preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Great ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of Amadeus reservation systems is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and following standard procedure.
- Available to work with a flexible work schedule.
- Experience with corporate client is an advantage.
