Requirements
- A specialist with a strong troubleshooting mindset, able to identify and resolve IT issues efficiently.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a structured approach.
- Hands‑on experience with JumpCloud (or similar IAM/MDM solutions) for user access and device management.
- Experience with Google Workspace (admin level), including user, group, and access management.
- Ability to troubleshoot SSO/MFA issues (lockouts, resets, authentication problems).
