About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate Tikanga Advisor to promote and embed Tikanga best practices within our education programmes. In this role, you will:
Work alongside the Tikanga team to support and enhance educational programmes.Ensure Tikanga principles are integrated into everyday practices across Counties Manukau.Foster a culturally safe and responsive workforce through education and engagement.This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, based at Middlemore Hospital. You will report to the People and Professional Development Lead with a professional reporting line to the Tumu Tikanga, Chief Advisor Tikanga.
