About the team

We are the Indonesia TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Semi-Consignment team, committed to helping small and medium-sized sellers without extensive e-commerce operation capabilities better succeed on TikTok Shop through operational actions such as managing subsidies, creator matchmaking, and ads. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Being part of Semi-consignment team’s Creator Management function, you will be directly driving relationship management with our Creator networks, including hands-on pitching and engagement with target Creators, as well as managing a team of front-line agents who will be managing Creators day-to-day;
- Responsible for managed Creator's Live GMV growth, including scaling up Affiliate Live match-making capability through effective TPA/BPO management, pitching and sampling process improvement, and coordination with assortment/subsidy/ads to drive sustainable GMV growth and conduct Top Creator Live Sessions during campaign periods to maximum GMV for p...
