About the team
In this role, you will be part of Malaysia TikTok Shop Category & Merchant Strategy's function, involved in leading initiatives that unlock growth and improve overall business performance. You will work closely with local commercial teams and regional stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities, design and execute cross-functional projects, and optimize commercial processes. Additionally, you will have a deep understanding of marketing, business development, and other commercial objectives, enabling continuous optimization of strategies, designs, reporting, and planning processes.
