TikTok Shop Growth Specialist (Beauty & Skincare)

Overview:

We’re looking for a hands-on, performance-driven Individual to own and scale our TikTok Shop business for the US market. This role requires end-to-end ownership—driving sales through content, creators, live commerce, and seamless operations—within a fast-paced beauty/skincare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Own TikTok Shop (US) end-to-end, with clear responsibility for revenue, conversion, and daily performance

Drive sales through a strong mix of content strategy, creator collaborations, affiliate programs, and live commerce

Build and execute a content engine tailored to beauty/skincare (education, routines, UGC, before/after, trend-led formats)

Identify, onboard, and manage beauty creators, skincare influencers, and affiliates to drive consistent GMV growth
