TikTok Shop - Merchant Acquisition & Strategy Manager

About the team

The Merchant Acquisition Incubation team manages the incubation journey for high potential sellers within TikTok E-commerce EU.
As an integral part of the team you'll take ownership of designing effective outreach programs, growth work-streams, thus empowering our merchants to grow and scale their business. Responsibilities:
- Own merchant acquisition, responsible for new registered and sellable merchant growth
- Expand and optimize acquisition channels (paid ads, CRM, agencies, events) to improve scale and efficiency
- Build merchant segmentation (. HiPo) and design differentiated onboarding strategies (commission incentives, ads credits, - Optimize funnel conversion (registration → onboarding → activation) to drive early-stage GMV
- Develop localised strategies across EU markets, balancing scale and ROI
