3 months contract with a Local Authority Job Title: Tiler Housing Services Purpose of the Role To carry out tiling and general maintenance works across housing properties, ensuring all repairs, refurbishment, and maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to required quality standards. The role involves working independently or as part of a team, maintaining accurate records of work completed and materials used, and delivering excellent customer service to residents and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Undertake tiling repairs, maintenance, and installation works across housing assets. Deliver high-quality workmanship in line with Asset Management standards and specifications.
