Opportunity Description
We are seeking a reliable and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory and maintain stock records. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail good record-keeping skills and the ability to ensure smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive inspect and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records regularly.
- Issue materials and supplies as per department requirements.
- Ensure all stored items are properly labeled organized and stored safely.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with system records.
- Monitor stock usage to avoid overstocking or shortages.
- Prepare and submit inventory reports to the supervisor or management.
- Ensure the store area is clean secure and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with the procurement and accounts team for stock updates.
