We are looking for a Electrical Engineering Retrofits & Strategy Manager to lead a team of TIPM Electrical Engineers within our Global Electrical Engineering organization. This role owns the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of complex electrical distribution retrofit programs and electrical construction quality mechanisms across Amazon's logistic network. The ideal candidate combines deep technical fluency in electrical power systems with demonstrated people management experience, a track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure programs, and the ability to influence cross-functional partners at all levels.
