WORK LOCATION and HOURS:  Little Rock, AR, Monday – Friday, 8: 00 AM to 5:00 PM - IN OFFICE

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

Primary responsibilities include: Accurate and timely entry of data in the firm’s case management system; Correspond with firm clients through telephone and written communication; Respond to client inquiries and provide information to clients regarding title curative matters; Access client websites to request documents, upload documents and update the client’s website with accurate information regarding title curative matters;  Examination of foreclosure title searches to determine the current condition of title; Notify clients of all pending title issues and recommended title curative procedures; As...
