Position Summary:
Under the supervision of Department Supervisor or Manager, perform general labor tasks to assist staff in housekeeping, grounds work and general maintenance and repair of buildings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform custodial, housekeeping and grounds work duties as needed. Perform outside maintenance duties including snow removal, lawn mowing, trimming shrubbery, and gardening. Set up and tear down equipment for events and special activities. May perform carpentry work, drywall and maintenance painting. Notify management concerning repairs needed. Maintain care and use of supplies, equipment, etc. Abide by all safety regulations. Attend all trainings/meetings related to the position as required by management.
