**Join a stable manufacturing team supporting high-volume production operations.** We’re looking for a skilled Tool & Die Maker to build, repair, and maintain tooling that keeps production running efficiently.

**🔹 What You’ll Do**

+ Build and repair dies, jigs, and fixtures
+ Operate manual & CNC machines (mills, lathes, grinders)
+ Troubleshoot tooling issues and support production uptime
+ Perform preventative maintenance on tooling
+ Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
+ Work with production and engineering teams to improve processes

**🔹 What We’re Looking For**

+ 3+ years of Tool & Die or tool room experience
+ Strong blueprint reading skills
+ Experience with manual machining
+ CNC setup/editing experience (preferred)
+ Strong troubleshooting ability
