Tool and Die Technician – Huntsville, AL   Pay Range:

• $33.26 – $38.80/hour   Bocar US is seeking an experienced Tool and Die Technician to join our dynamic team in Huntsville, AL.


• This role is essential to the setup, operation, and maintenance of precision tooling and production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Key Responsibilities Interpret and work from blueprints, diagrams, sketches, and manuals to ensure accurate tooling setup and repairs.
• Set up and operate manual machines (lathes, mills, drills, surface grinders) and maintain tooling to production standards.
• Use hand tools such as die grinders, files, and sandpaper to finish and adjust components.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain dies, including knowledge of hydraulic and electrical components.
• Perform welding operations (TIG/Arc) as needed for tooling modifications or repairs.
