Opportunity Description
The Tool Room Attendant / Hazardous Material Monitor is responsible for support of highly sensitive HQ USAF operational plans and safe air transportation for Cabinet Members, senior military leaders, and visiting foreign dignitaries.
**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Receives, stocks, controls, and inventories bench stock, tools, Technical Orders (T.O.’s) andsupport equipment in accordance with established prcedures.
+ Issues tools, T. O’s, test equipment, test measurement and diagnostic equipment (TMDE) and support equipment from the tool room and maintains strict accountability.
+ Uses automated tool accountability system to ensure the possibility of lost equipment and tools is eliminated.
+ Performs preventative and minor maintenance on tools and support equipment.
+ Ensures tools and support equipment is clean, oiled, and serviceable. Marks and identifies tools and equipment for quick inventory.
