This role supports daily tool control by staging, storing, and maintaining hand tools, cutting tools, and fixtures. Key Responsibilities Issue, set up, and return hand tools and cutting tools to support production and machining needs. Organize and store tooling, fixtures, and related equipment to ensure quick access and proper control. Create and maintain tool sheets for jobs, documenting required tooling and setup information. Inspect tooling for wear or damage and coordinate replacements, sharpening, or repair as needed. Keep tool room inventory accurate and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
