Tooling Technician (Aerostructure Manufacturing)

Job summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tooling Technician to join our production facility in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of critical aerospace tooling, including composite moulds, jigs, and CNC fixtures. This role is vital in ensuring that production meets stringent aerospace quality standards and delivery timelines. Key Responsibilities Tooling Maintenance & Improvement: Maintain and improve all tooling jigs, fixtures, composite tooling, and CNC fixtures. Ensure all tools are aligned with production requirements and customer specifications. Composite Repair: Evaluate, troubleshoot, and repair defects in composite tooling to ensure vacuum integrity and surface finish quality.
