Toolmaker – Rosslyn, Pretoria Minimum Requirements:
- Trade Tested Toolmaker
- 3 to 5 years experience in an Automotive or Manufacturing environment
- Strong Press Tooling experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of material heat treatment and tool design principles
- Experience with CNC machining, light milling machines, and grinders
- CAD/CAM experience
- Proficient in precision measurements using metrology equipment (Micrometers, Verniers, CMM)
- Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
- Manufacture, maintain, repair, and modify press tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges
