Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Nuclear Weapons / Homeland Defense (HLD) CONOPS Subject Matter Expert to support a program in Suffolk, VA. On a day-to-day basis, this individual will serve as a subject matter expert in strategic deterrence, nuclear weapons effects, and integrated air and missile defense. They will analyze military operations, concepts, and systems, and provide recommendations across areas including command and control, electronic warfare, force planning, and contingency operations. This person will collaborate with stakeholders throughout concept and capability development, support the evaluation of training and operational exercises, apply emerging doctrine to system design efforts, and develop reports and briefings that communicate findings, requirements, and recommendations.
