Job Description
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and enhance ServiceNow applications and integrations that support Department of Homeland Security (DHS) mission outcomes. You’ll work hands-on across ITSM and CRM modules, develop high-quality scripts and flows, integrate with enterprise systems, and collaborate within an Agile team to deliver secure solutions aligned with DHS standards and FedRAMP requirements. While technical skills are essential, a successful candidate will also bring innovative ideas, a sense of ownership, and an ability to anticipate the next question. Some of the day-to-day responsibilities include:
Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM and/or CRM modules to meet mission needs
Build and maintain workflows, dashboards, and integrations
Write clean, maintainable JavaScript (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Scheduled Jobs)
Design and extend data tables, database views, and GlideRecord queries
