Job Description
• Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware technology (computers, printers,
Hardware Maintenance:
• Hardware problem diagnosis
• Replacement parts and materials are provided by Technology Engineers and/or Hardware Suppliers
• Replacement of hardware components under the direction of the CTSS team and the equipment's supplier (as required)
Software Maintenance:
• Aid engineers in software problem diagnosis.
• Aid engineers in operating system problem diagnosis.
• Implement solutions under the guidance of the CTSS team, engineer, and the equipment's supplier as required.
• Provide Anti-Virus Patching Services - based upon a maintenance schedule.
• Provide Operating System Debug and Patching Services -with concurrence and direction from CTSS, System LOB Owner, and Equipment Supplier.
