Role Overview

Operations Clerk working in the Spinnaker/Tops team at Felixstowe. Provides clerical support to the operations team, responsible for accurate and timely input of information into TOPS and time‑sensitive planning of train loading using the Spinnaker system. Shift work and rostered Saturday working.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input information into TOPS and Spinnaker systems
• Advise Duty Managers of any TOPS/Spinnaker discrepancies that may adversely affect operations
• Plan train loading activities
• Deliver customer import documentation to Train Loading Supervisors
• Input accurate import figures
• Provide general clerical support to the team
• Report all missed containers to the relevant parties within FLIM
• Report and record all damage to FLIM/Planners
• Issue loading lists in a timely manner to Train Loading Supervisors, including any amendments
