Total Rewards Officer

We are looking for a Total Rewards Officer with deep expertise in compensation, benefits, payroll governance, and internal equity analysis.

This role is ideal for someone with 8+ years of Total Rewards experience who can operate independently, analyze complex data, and support a fast-paced engineering workforce.

You will be the subject-matter expert ensuring our rewards programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
