Total Rewards Partner - Sales Market Denmark/Norway/Iceland

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

As the Total Rewards Partner, you will partner with the business to deliver and govern Total Rewards (TR) by executing compensation and benefits processes, ensuring global alignment, and supporting leaders with insights, data, and expert guidance. You secure consistent, compliant, and competitive reward practices while collaborating across HR, Finance, and global TR teams. 

Your main responsibilities are : 

• You act as a reward partner for the sales market, ensuring alignment with global total rewards strategy and sales market operational relevance  
• You lead the execution of rewards programs at sales market level, covering compensation, benefits, mobility and other specialist areas of global total rewards
