Tourist Guide

We are seeking qualified and experienced Tourist Guides to conduct guided visits at PHC. Successful candidates must meet the following requirements and be available during the specified operating hours.

• Conduct professional guided tours for visitors at PHC.
• Deliver engaging and informative tour commentary in English and relevant mother tongue languages.
• Ensure tours are conducted safely, professionally, and in accordance with operational guidelines.
• Manage visitor groups and maintain a positive visitor experience.

Applicants should have:

• Knowledge of and work experience in homeland security-related industries; and/or
• Professional training and experience conducting guided tours in museums or places of interest in Singapore.
