Overview
Case Manager required within the Property TPA Division, responsible for delivering first‑class customer service and proactively managing claims to completion while meeting client‑specific service level criteria.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with a national team of field adjusters and handle an individual caseload of Household, HNW, Commercial Property & Real Estate claims through to settlement.
- Write comprehensive reports for insurers, including settlement recommendations.
- Liaise with insurers, policyholders, contractors and other parties, adopting a proactive approach to settling claims.
