TPA / Property Claims Technician

Overview

Case Manager required within the Property TPA Division, responsible for delivering first‑class customer service and proactively managing claims to completion while meeting client‑specific service level criteria.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with a national team of field adjusters and handle an individual caseload of Household, HNW, Commercial Property & Real Estate claims through to settlement.
• Write comprehensive reports for insurers, including settlement recommendations.
• Liaise with insurers, policyholders, contractors and other parties, adopting a proactive approach to settling claims.
