- Manage and follow up on trade-related administrative processes in SAP
- Ensure accuracy of VAT handling, invoicing, and payment follow-up
- Analyse and resolve discrepancies within transactions
- Collaborate closely with sales teams and cross-functional departments
- Handle customer interactions related to administrative and financial matters
- Contribute to the design and optimisation of processes and workflows
- Occasionally support commercial activities such as client visits
