Job Description
* Supporting procurement and sales team members in the Seafoods section.
* Checking contracts and LC documents when both parties reach to agreement.
* Collecting and checking shipping documents.
* Updating production and shipment schedule.
* Making payments, issuing Debit note, and checking payment status.
* Inputting the related transaction record into the system. And reporting it to the supervisor.
* Occasionally business trip to suppliers.
* Other jobs related to seafood trading, supporting sales representatives, and our counterparts.
