Position Purpose
Aids the Import/Export Control Lead and Officeof the Center Export Administration for all the import/export and tradecompliance matters pertaining to NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC).
Duties and Responsibilities * Assesses and appropriately classifies NASA hardware, software and associated technical data, as well as determines appropriate import/export control authority prior to importing, exporting as well as hand carrying of goods internationally* Ensures on time and accurate filing of the Electronic Export Information in ACE (AES Submissions), as well as determines eligibility for an AES exemption* Analyzes and provides jurisdiction/classification information to the Property Disposal Office of items su...
