Work hours: 9am to 6pm + Coordination with US team Annual leave: 22 days
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator / Trade Operation Executive to manage and oversee our North America-bound logistics for renewable resource products. You are responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods from origin to destination. This role requires expertise in full-container-load (FCL) ocean freight, supplier management, and risk mitigation within the North American market.
Key Responsibilities: Supplier & Contract Management: Collect and review qualification documents from potential logistics service providers (carriers, freight forwarders, etc.). Participate in the supplier evaluation and onboarding process. Assist in the negotiation, finalization, and execution of logistics service contracts.
