LHH has partnered with a leading law firm is seeking an experienced Trademark & Copyright Paralegal to support a dynamic intellectual property team. This role offers a strong mix of hands-on trademark work, client interaction, and long-term career growth within a collaborative, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage U.S. and international trademark filings , including applications, renewals, and maintenance
- Prepare and assist with USPTO, WIPO, and foreign associate filings
- Conduct trademark searches and draft search reports
- Support TTAB matters , including oppositions and cancellations
- Assist with copyright applications
